Aftermarket Distributor

Hey guys I'm back. My 2000 stratus is having the moisture and rain problem again, so I'm thinking (and planning on) changing the distributor. I happen to read somewhere online from ONE person that aftermarket parts don't work on the dodge stratus and it would be better getting one from junk yard. From anyone,s experience is this true? I have ordered a distributor from Autozone I believe they said it is an original rebuilt distributor, it ran me 230 with a lifetime warranty. So if anyone could give me a speedy reply it would be greatly appreciated cause I'm suppose to pick it up today. Or any other suggestions. Oh yeah the junk yard wants over a hundred bucks for a 45 day warranty.

i put 2 of those rebuilt distributors in my car before spending the extra 170.00 and getting a new one from advance auto parts. i have read on all message boards that we should only use a dealer OEM one though. big bucks though.
