Guy wants $75 for it--seems reasonable if it's new. What do you think?

OK, I'm about ready to send this guy $75 for this new hub but am still not sure if this will fit. I asked for a picture of the other end, he sent these:

I asked him to measure the diameter, too, but I think he was confused and sent some other measurements instead and wasn't exactly clear about what he was measuring.
What do you think? Do I take a chance and order this? Does anybody know if there were any significant changes in the spindle on the W100 front end after 1980 (I think that's the key question here)?
My gut sense is that this thing will work fine, but I'd love to know for sure before spending the dough.
Thanks.

I am not really an axle expert but if you post the same in "offroad exchange" there is a guy that knows any and every drive train related part ever put on a dodge.

I tried Googling it, no dice. Have an email in to Dayton to check. Seller says the box has 1980-1992 written on it.
