I've checked the fuse in the glove box and its good. What do I check next?

Unplug the connector at the motor and see if you're getting power to the motor. If you are, it could be a bad motor or a bad ground...I believe the wiper motors are grounded via the mounting bolts.

I checked the power to the wiper motor this is what I got.

Wires Switch on HI LO INT
Brown/white strip 0 12V 12V
Black 12v 12v 12v
Green 0 0 12v
Red/yellow strip 12v 0 0

I checked the ohms on pins where the wires connect to the wiper motor.

Brown black Green Red
Brown Closed Open Closed Closed
Black Open Open Open Open
Green Closed Open Closed Closed
Red Closed Open Closed Closed

You said something about motor not being grounded. Thier is a clip on the back mounting bolt of the motor but theirs no wire. If a wire is suppose to go their where does it hook to the motor.

Thanks,

Well it looks like you're getting power to the motor.

The actual body of the motor is the ground...that clip is what grounds the motor to the body of the van.

Try running a test wire from the neg. terminal of the battery to that clip or the body of the wiper motor (you may have to scrape some paint off of the motor). Do this while you have the motor plugged in and the switch on. If the motor works when you do this you may have to physically add a ground wire behind the mounting bolt to a good body ground.

I had to do this on the '85 van I used to own. I just could not get a good ground the normal way.

It was the ground. I loosen and tighthen the bolt on the ground. Now I can see when its rainning.

This form is great.
