I made a CAI over this past week. It is mandrel bent 2 1/2 inch pipe coated in ceramic engine paint. I attached a K&N high flow filter to the end of it. Definate, noticeable increase in response and power. Whattaya think?

Nice sound in the video. That motor really seems to scoot!
Here's what I did with our 2.4L intake. I cut the cap off of the piece at the front, so both sides are open. I then bought a 2" piece of PVC pipe, and cut away some material so I could force it in to act as a second intake path. Last I painted it black to match...it almost looks factory!
First pic is factory, second is trying to cut out material to get the PVC pipe in. #3 is in the post below, out of sequence. PVC fitted! #4 is installed, with paint and all...
