Need Idler arm bracket

Well, never go over a street curb with a rusty frame. Anyone ever get their hands on a new idler arm bracket ? I went to the dodge dealership today and they ran up against a wall. Their catalogue shows it, but that's about it. I guess because it's welded on to the frame. I know there's got to be a warehouse somewhere that supplied Dodge with these. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks !

I don't think it's actually a serviceable part. In other words, it's probably not a part that has a part number that can be bought.

You may want to have a boneyard cut one off for you and then have someone weld it onto your frame.

Hi Nate, well, I already welded a 6x6 1/4" patch plate over the frame,(I get these already cut with 4 holes pre-drilled from a wrought iron steel fence supplier,for 2 or 3 bucks). I might have to go your suggested route, but the parts guy said to give him a couple days and he will try and research it. In the mean time ,I've also kicked around parting 'ol silver cloud out. It only has 94k on it from original elderly gentleman owner who worked for chrysler. Mint maroon interior, power everything and working. Thanks for your reply.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. I saw your maxivan on ebay a while back. Did you ever sell it?

Naw....still have her. I guess folks aren't in the market for a maxiwagon.

Yup close by too, about 20 mi. from here. The first time it was on it had a buy it now for 4500 a few mos. ago. But, I've seen worse slip thru my fingers. Did you catch my 79 blue royal sportsman maxi when ebay had that no insertion fee special going?
