Tachometer install

I want to install an aftermarket tach in a 96 caravan with a 3.0 engine. Need help with wher to hook ignition wire from tach. Got the others hooked. Any ideas??

You might want to see if you can get a cluster from a van w/ tach and see if it will work. My old 93 Taurus had a base instrument cluster, but the full guage SHO fit in and all the guages worked, nothing else needed. Chrysler maybe the same, one common harness, all sensors in place, just add the appropriate specific parts and presto, it works.

Dealer said only put tachs in four speed vans. Mine happes to be a 3 speed.
