2001 cooling fan doesn't shut off

My 2001 grand caravan cooling fans are on the entire time the engine is running. they only shut off on ignition. I' ve seen other threads about the relay and temp sensor, however i can not find where these are located in my 2001. can anyone assist? thx

The relay is under the air filter box. If you remove the filter box you should be able locate it quickly. I'm not sure about the temp sensor.
