Grand Caravan 2006 SE fog lights

Hi everybody, i want to get factory fog lights install on my GC 2006 SE but the dealer tells me that Mopar has only one model(#82209184) of fog lights for that year and it's exclusively for the SXT model. The guy i talked didn't know why..!!?

I thought maybe it was because the front bumper doesn't have the round fog lights holes.

I looked at the installation instructions and there is triangular shape plastic support that seems to fit in my bumper.

1)Is this Mopar part #82209184 fits in my SE GC 2006 front bumper?

2)Why would this be exclusively for the SXT model?

3)If it doesn't fit which aftermarket fog lights do you recommend?
