My husband replaced the old factory radio and the instrument light blew. We took off the dash and cannot seem to find where the freaking light is. And yes we know what a light looks like lol. Needless to say the dash is still not put all the way back together just snapped on no screws ect. So where the heck is the light at?

Also how do you go about replacing the wheel bearings? I called Firestone and they told me I would have to re-do the whole hub? Is this true? Reason is because every time I get a tire on there shortly after we have a bubble like feeling while driving. We feel it when going 35mph to 40mph and after 65mph. Any suggestions?

Also every time I turn like at a corner or anything there is a clunking noise in the rear end. What could this be. It is not nothing I have rolling around back there either lol. But I was thinking maybe the sway bar is loose? I heard this happens a lot but never saw what it was.

Yes I know I am a lady but my dad is a mechanic and as he gets older his skills are not as good as they used to be. So I learned a lot about fixing my own cars and repaired my 1994 Infiniti Q45 and did my own tune up which would have cost at minimum $600 at a shop.

Thank you so much for your advice. I have Fibromyalgia so it is hard for me to work on the car anymore so now it is all up to my hubby and my dad.

Thanks,
krystal

Can't help on the light/bulb/radio thang.

Yes, replace the hub. Actually pretty easy.

There are links and bushing on the rear sway bar. Those should be available at any parts store for probably less than $40 for everything.

I'm a bit confused, did all of the lighting in the dash go out after replacing the stereo, or just one light?

If it is all of the lighting, and it happened right after your husband replaced the old radio, then he needs to go through his wiring. It is likely that he's either left a bare wire that has shorted out, or he's made a mistake in the wiring, and hooked into the dash lighting, which drew too much current through that circuit, and blew the fuse. It is very unlikely that ALL of the light bulbs in the dash blew out at the same time, there are quite a few bulbs in there.
