Hello. Clueless as to how to fix my turn signal problem. Turn on right blinker and it flashes much faster than it should. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it. Any help is appreciated....stay-at-home-mom of 6....

Is it just the right turn signal? What about the left turn signal? You either have a bulb burnt out or a grounding issue? What year is the Caravan?

Only the right blinker is flashing fast. 2005 Van

turn on the hazard flashers and look for a bulb out on the right side(some fixtures have more than one bulb) The left and right sides should be identical.

I would say no doubt that it is a burnt out bulb. That is warning when it speeds up like that to look for the bad bulb, otherwise you would never know unless someone behind you told you.

Bulb out that's why it is flashing faster to alert you that the bulb is out either in the front or the back .

Thanks everyone for your help! Turns out that the right rear brake light was out...switched it out and for some reason it fixed the turn signal flashing so fast. I'll definately use this site again and again...invaluable information can be found! :-)
