Hey all,
First great site. Never hurts to have more sites with information on the Cummins diesel. I need people to help me find booklets, books, manuals, any kind of cold hard facts on the cummins engine. I need anything and everything. I really need to get manuals on Cummins diesels anything about them, concerning the dodge pickups version and even semi tractor-trailer engine versions. I am a desperate college student in need of information for experiments who has a passion for Cummins Diesels and trying to make a living off of it. I can only dream. I thank all that can help.

good one
I don't think Mother Mopar has a Mopar Performance book on Diesels . . . they have them for a lot of others.
How about going straight to the source ? Here's a little info for ya:
this is actually for CUMMINS:

email powermaster@cummins.com
Mailing address:

For Filtration inquiries:

then I would check out places like Classic books, http://www.books4cars.com/, and http://www.sixstroke.com/books/diesel_engines.htm
to start ...
hope this helps

Thanks for responding, sorry I have given an update lately, been busy with college and other experiements. Unfortunately I had to put the Diesel project on hold for now, but I am building my inventory of information. What I need is the is like the what you could find in magazine articles and journals of engineering. New innovations on the engines, transmissions, and other such components on the dodge pickups with the cummins engine sitting in the engine bay. Specificiations, engine rebuilding techniques, tricks of the trade, books on performance upgrades such as on hot rodding the 426 hemi are the main sources of informations i want to use. I hope to get in with Cummins as part of their great business in Diesel when I get out of college. I would love to work in the R&D department with a person such as your Uncle BigDodgeDiesel, it is my dream job. I thank you for your guys time on trying to help me with my project.
