Excellent! The '04 comes with the lsd, right? Are the back doors still manual? And make sure to let the turbo break in a little before putting her away wet.

I thought the Solar Yellow was gone for 2004????

our local Dealership told me only Red, Blue, Silver and black

I heard there were a very small amount of yellows left over in the 2004 model year....makes it that much better to have a rare color for the model year.

I am nervous about my 2004 not having the Quaife LSD. Did the 2003 have an LSD at all. I know the sticker in the window of my car said LSD. I hope so. Let me know.

if the window sticker said the LSD was in the car then its in there.

In 2003 (first year for the car) the LSD was not standard nor was it an option. The only was was aftermarket.

Good luck!

I took delivery of my 2004 Yellow SRT-4 today and damn is it sweet. The non-factory install on the sunroof is unbelievable, can't even tell it wasn't done at the factory. I did notice that the car feels like it stumbles a bit, could this be due to the spark plug wires? Boy does those tires not like the snow or wet pavement and yes I do believe that the turbo timer is a critical buy. Had the dealership put in the BOV too, and it sounds sweet. I'll get pics as soon as I can!

thats awesome that you are enjoying your new ride. If you dont feel the car is performing correctly I would take it right back to the dealer and explain it to them now before they can say it is your fault. The stumbling could be a veriaty of things from the plugs or wires, to the turbo itself, or even the injectors and computer. I would get it checked right away. Better safe then sorry.

I cant wait to see pics of this thing! Where are you from?

definatly better safe then sorry while under boost...... thats when those civics make a mess under the hood when they dont fix something right away

also i know its hard but its super essential to break in that turbo'd motor of yours the evolution 8 and wrx both recommend breakin in the motor for the first 4000 miles... those two cars are the closest thing to the srt-4 coming strait off of factory lines you may wanna follow that advice and try not to pull major rpms until then(like i said boys with new toys just have to play with them)

good luck with the car and if you havent already seen this site this has some cool stuff on it
