No one here ever had that in their sig. they may have had a joke about a vtec. Most of us are DIE HARD Mopar fans and would not be caught in a Honda let alone put part of one in our cars.

If your looking into a swap the 2.4L swap is the way to go.

lol nah just me n my girl make enough that we each put 150 out of our checks in a savings, thats every 2 weeks, so every month we save 600 to buy watever we need/want, usually that goes to our cars lol. the VVT swap aint to badly priced only thing im waiting for to bother with it is for them to have a bigger set of cams available, thats only reason i dont have cams now. i have almost all the stuff for the nitrous but im thinking of selling it cause i got a decent offer and i wanna go agp 50 trim or mammoth swap, i wanna break 400whp no spray. right now im waiting on my neo and wideband to get there i ordered em 2 days ago. then i'll decide wat i wanna do. if i go bigger then mammoth then ima go DBB.

DCR twin turbo also caught my eye, but just for the turbos is like $2800. that comes with the lines and ic lines too but still... thats alotta change to spend on one thing, just throwing it out there tho. itd be sweet to be twin T.

but also last night my girl said she wanted my car and to sell her SC mustang so i can get a evo. so im kinda stuck in a delima on that lol. wat u guys think i should do ? i'll have about $1600 from the n2o parts, and 600 from savings, to put into the evo right away.

well not to put down the evo or any other car

or stray away from the mopar ways

BUY THE EVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :rck:

i would kill for the evo right now...

it has the same engine set up as the neon... but backwards, and twin turboing an evo is so easy, and less than about $800

or you can get the subaru WRX STI... thats a nice car... been looking into one of them... and the engine in that car is beyond efficient... look into the boxer enigne

why wouldn't you go for an srt-4? which is the better car wrx,evo or srt-4? I love my neons but I also understand there are other great cars out there. I want an srt-4 but I love the v-8 sound. I'm looking for another 68 or 69 charger.

I'm sorry to say this but I'd also prefer a 69 Camero. Sorry, no its not mopar. Gimme a nice sounding v8 anyday for a once a week car!
I almost bought a fully restored and modified 61 T'Bird this year. Now that was a sweet car.

WHY DOES EVERYONE WANT A 69 CAMARO
IT DRIVES ME NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(most people who drive them are arrogent
"My Camaro is faster than whatever you drive")

I want a 64 Cuda with the fishbowl window with a 440 at least thats rare

There so common theres more now than were ever made
I would have taken the 61 Bird. My dad has a 63 and its sweet

first....what's up with everyone reviving old posts lately? Nothing new to talk about??
second....because its a classic muscle car...I'd gladly trade my neon for a 69 camaro any day (ahem, without the attitude that goes with it).
third...I was reading your signature...not that I have an axe to grind or anything but next time you get down south of the border you should check out the Ford, Chevy, and Mopar auto plants down in Mexico. Toyota is actually built in the ole U S of A nowadays. Don't want to burst your bubble but the rant our grandfathers and fathers used to yell "buy only american" just isn't accurate today. ;)
and fourth...yes I'm an american and yes I'd gladly defend the freedom we all enjoy. :gr_patrio (and the toyota pick-ups we drive....LOL!)

Hmmm, wats with the wars and cars comment all about?
I can't stand ppl reverting back to past events all the time and not getting over things.
Yes my grand father fought the germans and japanese.
The usa did take a LONG time to enter ww2 and yes the Aussies did save their butts in many battles throughout history but have ppl ever thought to forgive and forget?
Its just that many ppl choose to not live in the past!
Keep it to cars and thats it on here lads.
Theres my rant for the day! lol

not sure who that is pointed to hoodoo but to clarify, no one (at least from my opinion) is trying to argue about ww2 or who helped who. In America, especially in past years, people were very proud of their american cars because they were all built in america - but that has changed in recent years and the major 3 american auto makers have auto plants in Mexico now and many of our cars are built there as well as in the United States. I was joking with madracingalley about that and the last comment I made was to assure him that ya, I'm an american and am proud of being an american...and that's all.
