Turn signal/Hazard flasher problem 2001 neon se

Im searching desperately to see if this is a known problem. First, just the turn signals stopped working, no lights, clicks or dash display, but hazards worked fine. checked the fuse, its good. Put in new flasher. worked. turned car off and went to leave the parts store, and no turn signals again, and no hazards. Help please.

my drivers front blinker stops wprking every once in a while i just hit it and then it works fine.

ur problem i have no clue but i would say the wiring but im probly wrong.
