Waterway Blue paint for a 1949 Dodge Truck

I am trying to track down some paint for a 1949 Dodge truck. We are restoring it and have figured out that the original paint color was likely waterway blue, though it might be La Plata Blue. We are trying to find out how to get a match on those paints so that we can get the truck back to the original color. Any ideas on where to get that paint or a very close match? We would like the formulation of the paint so that we can have someone mix it for us.

I bought out a body shop the other day and it had a paint mixing system. It also had all the manuals and stuff. Some were old. I will look and see if I can come up with anything. Don't expect a real fast response with the holiday and the travel I will be doing but I didn't want you to be left hanging.
