hello gang!!
my name is thomas and im from sweden.. im new here... this seems to be a good place to spend some time now and then.
hope i can help you al out sometime ;)
now to my question.
ill need a pic of the engine mount that is on dodge w300 pickup with bb in it.
my story is this :
bought me this cool truck about 3 years ago...sold it 2 years ago, and the new owner took the 440 out and put in a nissan chrysler 6cyl diesel (from an ih scout)
it fitted right onto the 727 tranny so that was great. he sold the org 440 engine with mounts and everything.
he got some problems with to high gear in the axles and to get it through swedish "auto control"
he decided to buy a finnishied diesel car :blah: and he bought an cheva silverado 6.2 diesel..yuck... i bought back my great truck and im now building on a 383 that will take place instead of that nissan/chrysler diesel.
the problem is that i dont really remeber how the mounts on that 440 looked..i have tried b-body mounts but that doesnt seem to be right.
so if anyone have or could go outside and take some pics on their mounts for me i will be very glad. then i know what to look for.
i can build my own but its alot easier if i can just buy/fins new ones.
guess that it is the same mounts on al bb trucks?
anyone that sells them new??
