Original engine and original transmission.
Oil change once a month and once a month I add some Motormaster fuel injector cleaner from Canadian Tire.
I just did a complete suspension overhaul; struts, tie rods (all), sway bar links, bushings, even the axles. Replaced front (first time) and rear (2nd) bearings. And put in new front brake calipers, pads and rotors.
Still needs a new drivers seat though.

I think it is more likely that yours has lasted so well because you go out of your way to maintain it properly. I suspect that many of the failures we hear about are caused by harsh driving, and / or improper maintenance schedules, such as automatic transmissions that have gone 100,000 miles and never had a fluid or filter change done on them.

I knew I should have kept my 96 Plymouth Grand Voyager, I just knew it!!!! I sold it a month ago with 121,xxx miles on it. Original 3.3 V6 engine and automatic tranny too. Even though it was excellentlly maintained, I reasoned I was living on borrowed time, so I sold it to a gentleman who exported it to Mexico the very next day. It was going to be his wife's daily driver and he felt he could get another 120,000 miles with no problems. Oh well, I replaced it with the 02 Camaro SS in my sig so I'm happy. Hope my wife's 04 T&C is as reliable as the 96 was. So far, so good.

You've done about 3 times more oil changes than the usual recommended interval. So since 2000 you've spent 1120 extra dollars on that (at $20 per oil change) and a couple hundred extra on fuel injector cleaner ($3.50 a bottle).
Doesn't that add up to about what a junkyard engine installed costs?

I had 450,000 KM on my 84 when I threw a rod thru the side of the block in 1995. I parked it for 10 years and two years ago put a brand new crate 2.2 into it. Van has NEVER been in the rain or the snow. Hoping to get a million miles on it before its done. These pictures were taken last summer. Paint is from November 1983.
