94 Grand Caravan SE with 3.3L engine. Threw a code 41 and is indicating varying voltage on the dash mounted battery gage along with dash lights that go dim / bright in unison with the varying voltage gage.
Suggestions appreciated........

Check your grounds. especially on the frame.

A follow-up.......
All ground straps were intact and clean. Started checking voltages, 12V at the battery terminals with the engine not running. Only had 11.73V at the battery terminals with the engine running and it dropped to 11.5V with the headlights on while the engine was running. Bad alternator.
Replaced alternator (easier said than done!) and now have a solid 14V at the battery terminals with the engine running and no more code 41.
