Parking Breaks

I going to replace the parking break shoes, ut I have a few questions.

2001 Chrysler T&C 4 disc
How do you remove the hold-down clips? Do they pull straight out? I can't find my service manual so I'm looking at my Dodge Neon manual and it looks almost identical.

Is there any place that sells less expensive parts like the springs, acuator, and adjustor? Mine are extremely rusty.

I forgot to ask how to adjust the cables. They were not connected and seem to be to long to connect to the back of the brake assembly.

The hold down pins are allen bolts. The cables should not be too long. I can see them being too short but not too long.
