Looks like I need to change my tensioner assembly. Can anyone give me some specific directions on how to do that? It is hard to get at.

I have an '01 Voyager with a 3.3 and recently changed the serpentine belt. It's not too hard to access. You need to raise the vehicle with ramps or jack stands. Then remove the splash shield from underneath, which requires removing a few push pins and a bolt (real easy). To remove the belt, you need to use an open ended box wrench and put it on the blockish end of the tensioner. If you push up on it, it releases tension on the spring and you can take the old belt off (mine required a lot of strength). You should buy a new tensioner to see how its held on, which will facilitate removing the old one. Also, you may want to stop off at your library or a store and pick up the Haynes or Chiltons manual, as it has pictures. Just take your time.
