Tail/Brake Light Problem

Tail light goes out when brake light comes on on one side only. Tried new bulbs. Bad socket or wireing ??????????????????

Make sure the taillight housing is making good contact to the bed, this is how it grounds. Otherwise, bad housing.

Also check the turn signal switch

Turned out to be the gound wire on the socket itself combined with some rust inside socket.
