Power door locks question on '85 power ram

Hi everyone. Say, my power door locks don't work on my 1985 Dodge Power Ram. Niether will push down all the way. There is a clicking (electrical) noise coming from under the dash and so I changed that and still the same. It would be nice to have the door locks working. Any help you could give would be Great!

Check the voltage at the relays

Sounds like the actuators are froze up, you'll have to remove the door panel and replace them.
