"2005 NEON SRT 4 TURBO WITH ONLY 28K MILES. THIS CAR IS MOSTLY ALL ORIGINAL. THIS CAR HAS UPGRADED TURBO, WASTEGATE,BLOW OFF VAVLE, UPGRADED INTERCOOLER" and some other stuff. Intake looks stock!?
I can tell the intercooler is larger but what about the turbo? Anything I should be aware of? I drove an 04 SRT4 new from the dealership and got to blast as I was by myself. What kind of boost should it make? Larger turbo doesn't that mean computer tuning? Looking at the car in the morning so any help would be appreciated.

Other then the WGA and the larger front mount and Plug Wires. It also has the Mopar plate. Other then that it looks bone stock to me. From the picture, that turbo is stock. And since its the AGP WGA the boost would vary.
People shouldn't say they have an upgraded turbo unless it IS an upgraded turbo. S1 is NOT an upgraded turbo.

I don't know what you mean by scared. But as for SRTs go. I say it was at least at one time abused in some shape or form depending on the owner. The clutch should be fine but again it all depends on how the previous owner took care of the car.

if the wga has a straight arm it could be a stage 3 turbo... if the turbo says mopar on it its stage 3, it'll say it in outgraved letters on the cool side.

well i bought it and it's a blast. Car runs good. Had a 420 code pop up on the way home with it so I did the spark plug fouler mod and then got a p0234 and did the fab mod to the white vac line to keep that from happening. Car boosts to 19 in 4th and bleeds down to around 15 and other gears hits 17 and bleeds to 13-15.
Only need a couple more things from the srtforum 300 hp mod list. Then i get to crank boost to 22. The car has the perfect mods for me and the car only had 28k miles. SO if it was beat on it wasn't beat on took long. But i think if the car was beat on it wouldn't run like it does and the clutch would not be as good as it is.
Clutch is stiffer than I remeber when i test drove a new 04 at the dealership 09/04.

Thanks. been working on several things getting rid of p0420 and p0234.
Front pass. rotor is touching caliper bracket.
& now the place I bought it from can't get it inspected the way it is cause a mech. at the shop that was going to inspect it threatened to call the epa/dps if they put a good sticker on it which he had already made the sticker out and was about to do it.
