i just bought a 95 neon w/98 engine swap 5 speed for $50 form a friend and the brakes rub so bad that when in third gear i cant accelerate at all and i already replaced all the pads rotors and calipers and bled the brakes and it still rubs. Another friend said that the master cylinder might be stuck open or something but i dont know. So i need some help.

Check the brake lines. (they are cheaper than a master cylinder...)

i was driving my car today an everything is working fine untill boom ( i thought my tire blew) my passenger rear brakes blew apart for some reason. the adjuster snapped and pretty much shattered my shoes and my tire locked up. Luckily i was only a block away from where i work just drove it their and put ne shoes on it and all new spring kit so its all good again but i was just wondering if that has ever happened to anyone befor.

Been there done that. Just make sure you learn from it and spend a little extra time and energy checking things out before throwing parts at it next time. It doesn't cost a thing to look.

If you're going to bleed the brakes, take the extra few minutes to replace all the fluid. You would have found your clogged lines sooner, and a car that old I'm sure needed it anyway.
