I had a red dot come on my dashboard panel and when I looked in the owners manual and it said anti-theft, and now it will not start. Is there someway to disconnect this.

nope. if it could be disconnected i think that would sortof defeat the purpose of the anti theft
Your van uses a transponder encoded key to start the van. so either theres a problem with the transponder receiver in the steering column or the transponder chip in the key
make sure you dont have any other transponder encoded keys or magnetic objects on your keyring when you try to start your van as it may cause interference causeing your vehicle not to start
first thing to try take the key off the keyring away from the rest of your keys and try it. otherwise your dodge dealer is the only shop properly equipped to diagnose the problem
