Okay I know this sounds silly but its true after driving down the highway I started to notice a horrible wobble in my van when i parked it my drivers side rear brake drum was smoking! I'm gonna take a stab at this my shoes are shot the heat broke a spring because now it grings like its stuck out my drum now has been warped causing the wobble and im not sure what else is shot now but when i get money its goin up on jacks. Oh yeah did i mention it looks as if the bottom of the back plate or whatever is flat on the bottom from the wheel falling off, So where can i get the best value for the best price??

I generally shop at Advance Auto Parts or Autozone and have had good luck. NAPA has good stuff too, but they tend to be a bit high in price.

Your van has the 9 1/4" rear? I think the backing plates are the same on those and the old-school 8 3/4" Mopar rear which disc brake kits are available for, just not VAN application specific. You'd need to change the master cylinder and probably would have to come up with a design for your emergency brake cables, etc., etc.
2003 B1500 vans had rear disc brakes from the factory. You may be able to find one of these in a junkyard and pull the entire rear axle and stick in your van. I've personally never attempted a rear disc conversion on a van.
Or you can just pull your brake drums, have them machined and replace the wheel cyls., hardware kit, adjuster kits, and buy high-quality shoes and be done with it. :)
