My friend got rear ended in his Neon a couple months ago and took it into a body shop. They replaced both rear quarter panels, the rear bumper, and repaired the trunk lid. They failed, however, to replace the third brake light, they glued the piece that holds it to the trunk lid back together. So, he got the car back and it looked great. I noticed it was glued and so did he, we laughed it off at first, but then we noticed last week that there was water in his back seat, and it pooled up, he thought he spilled something, but we later found it to be the brake light had come unglued and created a hole in the trunk for the tons of rain we just had to get in. He took it back and they fixed it with no questions asked, I have no idea why they couldn't just replace it to begin with. The offender's insurance company paid the bill in the first place, and there was no additional charge for the missed labor, so it really didn't matter too much I guess. Still funny they didn't replace the part at the get go.
