Engine Racing / Idle High 2003 Caravan SE

I just started having this problem. I went to start my van and did not turn the key all the way to get the van started. I realized that it did not start then I started the van. When it started the engine raced and when I put the van in drive it kinda jumped into gear. I was able to drive up to approximately 30mph before having to press on the gas. I only have 30k miles on the van and it has never given me a problem in the past. I turned the van off and restarted it and the racing will not go away. I can drive the van but can tell that the idle is too high. I have no idea what is happening.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's possible the throttle body accelerator cable is stuck in a partially open position. Check the throttle body lever (pictured) and ensure it rotates to the fully opened position without binding.

Took it to the dealer, they charged m $200.00, to clean out some carbon and to Flash the computer.
