I have a problem with fuel milage taking a drastic drop during cold weather, the car runs well but uses lots of fuel when the outside temp drops below 30 degrees. A co-worker has the same problem with her car. we both have intrepids mine is a 94 and hers is a 96. does any one have an idea of what may be happening or has had the same problem.

have the same issue, i think it is caused by the fact i allow the car to idle more, and, the fact that the "winter fuel" is here, it is a higher alcohol blend that causes mileage to drop out.

I definitley agree with the above, also make sure the thermostat is allowing the engine to warm up fully.
