Need all the info you got on a 85 Crew Cab w/ a Cummins swap!

Hey everyone I found a local guys selling this:

"1985 4-door short bed dodge with a intercooled cummins in it it needs a rear drive line and some other miner things. Iam asking $2600"

What do you think? It would be used as a tow rig for my Jeep, occasional commuter, and for camping, etc.

I know jack about this era dodge so any info would be good.

"needs a driveline" does this mean the engine is good but it needs it needs transmission + transfer case and the rest of goodies - drive shafts, axles etc

or

is the whole powertrain baffed

Dude you need to jump on that quick, before some one else does. Sounds like it just needs a rear driveshaft. That's a killer swap and a killer deal, it has the 91-93 grille swapped in too.

Buy it.

Diesel parts can be expensive, but if the motors already in the truck your almost there.

Found a older add with more info:

"this is a 1985 4dr shortbed dodge with a 1991 innercooled cummins turbo diesel. it has a 4in lift, 35in tires, 4in exhaust. it needs a new rear driveline to be drivable, it needs new gears put in the front axle and a couple of other minor thing."
