I have an 87 RC auto tranny when the shifter is in park and the colume is locked and no key in it. I can move the shifter about 1/2"-1" and it allows the truck to roll forward. Very dangerous!! How do I fix this? The wheels now have blocks under them.

Sounds like the shifter linkage needs adjusting. I don't think it's actually going into park fully, sounds like.

I agree! Here is a little info about the adjustment. Also, the plastic bushings get really worn out, but are cheap at the dealer.
If pics get smaller when you click them, go to the bottom of them, and a resize icon will show up. Click on it.
