Heater resistor

I have searched the threads here and in my chiltons,I can't seem to find it.
I put a new heater blower switch in and checked to make sure the blower motor worked(which it does). Where can I find the resistor and how do I repair it?

It's screwed to the heater box on the pass side, behind the dash. Has a 2-prong plug.

Both of mine are actually located in the body of the cab, above the firewall on the passenger side held in with two screws. If you do not have A/C you can pull out your glove box insert and using a 5/16 nut driver get the two screws out.

You shouldn't have to open the glove box, you just have to lay on the pass floor and look up.
