Let me know what you think!!
(mudflaps are temoprary for deer hunting only) ;)
Looks great! What are the name of those wheels?
Also does your tint match exactly to the factory tint? Color and shade? My color is a little off. Just want to see if I'm the only one.

love that truck! my next truck will be a 3/4 ton too, except with the diesel. with today's gas prices, a hemi is just too costly for me.

What do you mean by "system(kit)" ?

In your sig you have listed a 2" leveling kit. I assume that is what he is asking about.

No way, no CPS steps on that! It looks way too good like it is.

Your setup is very much like what I want to do, what's the ballpark price? I'd love to something along those lines (different colors with my two tone).
Is that leveling kit you mentioned a simple thing to do? Does it simply raise the front?
How's the overall height compared to stock? My truck barely squeezes in my garage as it is, but if it's only a couple inches of difference, I might try it.

Okay, in that case, how do those tires compare in size to stock? Truck looks bigger than my 03 2500 4x4. I definately need me some good lookin fender flares though! Where to get them and where to get them painted is what I need to know! (oh yeah, and price) :)

Thanks guys!
The tires are alot bigger than the factory ones. Factory size was 265/70/17 and these are 315/70/17. I spose like 2 1/2 inches larger or so.
The flares are Bushwacker Street Flares, got them from Summit Racing for 269.99. Part # BSH-50504-02.
Local guy painted them for $175.

265/70/17 DIA=31.6"
315/70/17 DIA=34.4"

That truck is BAD, no doubt about it. Good job! I like the MKW wheels.
I was getting ready to ask you about those flares. You've got Bushwacker OE flares listed in your signature and I was scratching my head, because those look like Street Flares. I just got a set of Street Flares on Friday and they are being painted this weekend. I debated for a week on whether or not to get the Street Flares or the OE Style Flares. For some reason, I like the look of the Street Flares a little better. They don't offer as much tire coverage, but I like the style a little better than the boxier OE style flares...they are very square at the nose. Since I'm going with stock 20" chrome wheels and tires, I really didn't need much tire coverage anyway....more for looks.
I've got a buddy here locally that runs a custom car shop and has a killer paint booth. He offered to paint them for me for $100, so I thought it was a heck of a deal. I'm anxious to get them installed. Easy to put on? I've never done it.

Forgot to mention, but www.truckxpressions.com has got the Bushwacker flares online. For the Gen3 Ram Street Flares, $263 gets them to your door, signed, sealed, delivered.

Actually, the BFG 315/70/17 is 34.5" tall, and my stock Michelins (265/70/17's) were 31.8" tall.

excellent looking vehicle. i've got the same truck except '03 SLT. i'd leave the flaps on with those BFG's cuz they pick up everything under the sun and do a nice sand blasting job on the paint.

my tint is off in color a bit as well but i didn't use "professional" tint. i have 5% on top of the factory tint on all the windows except the two front doors, which i have 20%.

Did you need to put on a leveling kit for those wheels. Looking to purchase tire after the new year. I have 2003 Ram 2500 Hemi, I am worried once I get them on, they will rub when fully locked. Tire Rack won't even recommend these tires. Any information will be helpful.

Putting the 315's on the 2500's and having tire rub really varies. I have the snow prep pkg and mine does not rub at all even at full lock. My buddies truck does NOT have the snow prep pkg. and his does rub at full lock. My truck also sits level from the factory where as my buddies does not. I don't remember who it was, but they said they had some rubbing with the snow prep pkg. So I don't know what to tell you other than get the tires and if they rub get the spacers. I have had mine off road and they still did not rub. You really can't beat the look with the 315's, it really makes a difference.

Can you put the 315 tires on the stock wheels? Does the increased height affect the speedo calibration? thank you. I am about to purchase a dodge, torn between the 1500 and the 2500, and paint choice. that black sure does look nice.

you can put the 315s on stock 17" wheels. It will affect the speedo, if you do the calculations from stock to the 315's the speedo will be about 7mph faster than what it reads. follow this link from BFG for more info:
