I have a 94 Dodge Caravan, 3.0 engine, auto with air. I've noticed at slow speeds, 30 or less, a pulsing in my steering wheel. I don,t notice it at higher speeds. I've checked the fluid level and the serpentine belt has recently been replaced. I've had the tires balanced and rotated. Rotors and brake pads are in good shape. It doesn't seem to cause any steering problems. Any ideas what can be causing this?
