STUPID DOOR!! on 01 Grand Caravan Sport

I have 2001 Grand Caravan Sport 3.3. I need to replace the lock motor on the driver-side door. I removed the three screws that hold the inside door panel and pulled up (as instructed). And pulled up!! And PULLED UP!!! How do I get the inside door panel off? Is there a hidden screw or two or ten? Am I missing something? Should I sacrifice a chicken to the Great Dodge God? This should be so easy and it is so not. HELP!!

FYI: I have both power windows and locks but no memory sitting.

The trim panel is held in place by fasteners along the edge of the panel. You have to pop them all off before you can lift up. If it's not lifting up, you haven't popped all the fasteners.
