I have a 99 Caravan, runs great. All of a sudden it locked up. I backed into my driveway over a small curb. I the van felt like it was trying to roll over speed bumps. Now in forward and reverse it will barely move 4 or 5 feet at a time. It also does this in neutral, while trying to push. Hard to describe like a grab, jerk, bump, hit, every few feet, but it runs great at 140K miles. Is this CV joints Or axel? I did not see this symptom on any of the post.
Thanks,

You could test the CV joint/axle theory by disconnecting them and seeing if the van will move (you will need to drain the tranny oil first). I doubt it's that simple. Sounds more like the differential pin has come out or something internal broke and is messing up the works. Take a look in the pan bottom for metal shavings when you drain and separate the pan.
I could be wrong as it's never easy diagnosing from the computer screen. Good luck with your project.
