for the last couple of day i've noticed when i first put the turn signal "on" it clicks 4-5 times then the "clicking stops but the lights still flash.
Other times there is no "click" at all and yet other times it always clicks until it is turned off ??
Maybe the clicker is beginning to fail ? but it continues to flash the lights.
Anyone else notice this ?

No, the turn signal "flasher" in the magnum is electronic and is build into the dash computer, therefore it should not need replaced (no moving parts), nor is it user replaceable.
The clicking sound is actually a clicking module that is there just to make that noise, since the electronic flasher is silent. The little clicker could be going bad but again this is integrated into the dash module and I don't think it can be replaced independently.
Take it back to the dealer, if they can re-create the problem they'll probably replace the dash unit to correct the problem. Looks like you should still be under warranty so it won't hurt too much.
