about to install the front end and tcase in my 1990 excab...does anyone know where to purchase the vacume [stuff] that goes between the two? dont exactly know what all it consist of, but i'm sure i'l be needing it! [unless someone knows of a way to bypass it] lol

There is a kit available for the front axle that uses a "manually pulled" steel cable, instead of the vacuum actuator. Will try to find the name. Here is a pic of the stock vacuum setup.

unless they are special form bent ones, you could just do what I did with an older Ford Ranger a few years ago
I drove to the closest auto parts store and took off probably 1/2 a dozen different vacuum lines that were probably 12+ years old, and just to it in and they cut a vacuum line off a spool the length I needed (and it was pennies for a foot if I remember right)
but I can't say this part enough, if you do it this way
ONLY DO ONE AT A TIME
you go yanking off a bunch of lines, then go in and get them cut, then spend the rest of the afternoon in the parking lot trying to remember where they came from
it really helped that old truck
just thinking out loud ...
