hey all new to the forum and dodge talk. i just recently bought a 91 ram 250 and was wonderin if there was a way to turn up the fuel pump like on a ferd 7.3 or wut mods are availible to make some decent power

the fuel pump is on the driverside next to the power steering

ah, yea i found it. where is this fuel plate? inside the pump? do i have to take the pump out?
