1958 D100 parts needed

I have a 1958 D100 pickup that is still in use every day as a delivery truck.
Unfortunately the left front spindle just snapped.
I'm have a though time finding a replacement.
If any has any ideas where I an find one please let me know.

I know this is an old post and hope you have found one by now, but I'm always suprised on how many parts Napa can find for my '59 GM cars. Now I always try them first.
