I have a 2002 grand caravan 6 cyl auto 50,000 miles.My problem is I get a bump feeling when the trans down shifts from over drive to third the spedo is at 30 mph when it bumps.There are no leaks I had it put on the computer no codes. Help

I have a 98 Caravan with 3.0 and auto trans and it bumps on the way up, around 10 mph and then around 18 mph. After that, no bumping. Van has 198,000 miles on it. Changed trans filter and oil around 10,000 miles ago. Never a problem until a few days ago. What is happening here?
