Not sure if these two are related, but I have seen many people post about the whole window problem. Ours seemed to get worse over time. At first it was just once in awhile that the driver's side wouldn't roll up. Now it hardly rolls down and we've also had problems with the passenger side every once in awhile. Has anyone found the reason for this?
Anyhow, this morning we went out and the van started fine, but when we put it in reverse, it wouldn't go. Tried drive, and same thing. What seems to be happening is that the back wheels are locking up. The front ones are spinning, but even in neutral, nothing works.
Anyone experienced this one? Any advise?

sorry if you haven't gotten any help on this.

the windows very commonly do what you are describing and the most common fix is new motors (I tried everything else first to no avail) you can get re-manned motors w/regulators for about $40 bucks at advanced/auto zone. if you are mechanically inclined it will take about an hour per door

your back wheels are most likely locking up because your parking brake cable broke/is out of adjustment/parking brake pedal is partially pushed in

good luck-

Just wanted to update in case anyone else had this problem. Totally unrelated and the brakes were locked up because they were so bad - duh!
Still haven't gotten the window fixed. . . that is a mission for this week.
