my check engine light is on in my 99 town and country, the code it gives is 1698, it says something about dealer auxillary input output? can anyone help me out? btw i recently changed my starter and took the starter relay out, since then the light has been on. :VHOT:

If you look at the sticky above for the 99 codes, it is indicating a communication problem with the ECM or BCM.
Here is the wording: P1698-No CCD messages from the Transmission or Body Control Module (TCM or BCM)

To add a little more info, the CCD is the data network that the various computer modules use to talk to each other. Maybe something you did cut power to one of those modules for a while. If the ignition was on for 10 seconds (if I remember right) without any message from them, it would set the code. Go to autozone and reset the code and see if it comes back.
(I'm assuming you aren't having any symptoms that would indicate that the TCM or BCM are not working.)
