Every guage on panel went dead a few months ago. Van ran fine while guages down. Checked fuses...all good. Read codes. Finally went to fix it and replaced instrument cluster with another I pulled of another 99. Now the vehicle is stuck in limp mode. I can't even read diagnostic codes because computer won't even activate reader. And to make matters worse...the inspection is now overdue. Anyone out there experience any thing similar or can direct me as to how to fix this problem? :help: Thanks
