I saw the show "Horsepower TV" this past weekend, and they swapped in a set of bigger injectors (actually didn't look that hard to do)
Bully Dog was the brand they used - they use original Bosch Injectors and balance and hone them to flow within 1% tolerances.
They claim from 60 - 200 HP increase on a 24 Valve Cummins
- that sounds incredibly high . . .

RM,
Actually that sounds about right. Depending on which injectors you get. The stockers are "de-tuned", if I may liberally borrow that phrase :D , so that mega horse power and torque potential are not reached. HorsePower TV has done some neat stuff to the Dodge Diesel, including a power puck, and the injectors. Only thing they don't mention, is that the torque coverter is close to it's power handling limit in stock form, and that although the engine is so capable of producing unbelievable power, the tranny can't necessarily handle it. And that any mods to the Cummins, whether they cause a problem or not, can void the 100k mile factory warranty. Technically, I know, they can't do that unless the mod can be shown to be directly attributable to a failure, but they just blackball your VIN on the computer and that is that. I suppose you could try and fight it, but who has pockets deep enough to go after one of the big 3?
