looks nice, how high did you lift that and what size tires do you have on there?

Hey there Diver.... VERY nice job!!

What did you do on the exhaust? It looks like 'silver' paint... Is that what it is? Powdercoat? VHT? Space-Age something? ;)

I'm just curious, because when I rebuild mine, I'm going to keep the stock exhaust manifolds (But run a dual exhaust) and I know they get hotter n' hell and turn into a rust-bucket....

The tires are maxxis mudder 315 75 R16 (measured new was nearly 32"), They pull really well in the mud...not as good as the old 4wheel rvt tires if anyone remembers them. The lift is a 3 inch body lift. I have had no trouble with this lift but I do recommend as I did lowering the radiator and not cutting the radiator shroud.

The manifolds were done in VHT 1600 deg white. On my 73 i ran headers and true duals. Two things I learned (IMHO) use factory headers (they are 100 deg cooler and also manage underhood heat) and on duals, unless you are dragging use the crossover pipe as it helps balance the exhaust. On this 86 I could not find factory headers that allowed for AIRS so I used the stock manifolds.
