Assuming this is a 2.7 your working with, the coolant bleeder is replaced as the whole water-neck housing assembly. There are 6 bolts that attach it, 4 to the manifold, and 2 to the heater pipe. You have to remove the upper radiator hose as well.

It helps to remove the plenum.

1. Disconnect the EGR pipes from the left and right rear sides of the plenum. Remove the throttle/cruise cable bracket from the plenum, but do not remove the cables from the throttle body.
2. Unplug all the electrical connectors from it, TPS sensor, IAC motor, and IAT sensor on the side.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hoses for the PCV valve, brake booster, and cruise control where they attach to the plenum. Its a good time to replace the PCV valve and hose, as they probably will not come off in one piece.
4. Remove the 10mm bolt connecting the throttle body to the support bracket on the bottom rear of the throttle body.
5. Remove the 6 (IIRC) bolts connecting the plenum to the lower intake manifold. Pull the plenum up and set it out of the way.
6. Remove radiator hose and 4 bolts holding the coolant housing to the heads. Remove the 2 bolts holding the heater pipe to the radiator hose pipe. Remove the housing.

Installation is reverse of removal. Make sure you use new o-rings on the heater pipe and housing (should come with the new housing), and a new plenum gasket. If you want even more room, remove the radiator core support. Good luck.
