my step son just found one and it has chevy fiberglass flared rear fenders also
it has kalamadors instead of miles someone had said it might have been a candida vehicle is this original?

The fender flares are/were probably something aftermarket that someone installed at one time...
All the speedo's I've ever seen have mph and kph ... I've never seen one with just kph.... (Maybe up in Canada, which there's a good chance that rig was built anyway, they had speedo's in just kph if that's where the truck was intended to be sold? I really don't know..)

If the speedo is in KPH, then it was built in Canada specifically for the Canadian market.
