Uhh, yeah :)
You can at least temporarily repair them w/ epoxy. Maybe permanently, if you get the right stuff.

I have no idea which it's made from, I don't even know the difference between the two :) Probably any good 2-part plastic epoxy would work decent, just go to Advance and see what they have on the shelf.

If you have the tank out, ask around at some of the bigger body shops. Some of them do plastic bumper and panel repairs/welding.
