On my 1994 B350 One Ton. I had the AC recharged with R134(?) this was during the beginning of last fall. Since then the unit will work but does not cool so I use the vent setting. Since it's starting to heat up down south I need to get it fixed. I obviously have a leak. When they change the unit out several years ago they did not change the inlet valve so I cannot do this my self. ( add freon-R134 ) any Ideas?

My '94 is originally equipped with R134A so my fittings are the correct ones. If you have an early-build '94, it was probably originally equipped with R12. Your local parts store should have the correct R134A type fittings that screw down over the R12 fittings. There is one each for the high-side and low-side.

I had to replace all my AC lines last summer...they were all rusted up and leaking.

For the fittings or the hoses?

I had to special order my hoses because at the time the local part stores couldn't get them. I think I got them through makeitmopar.com. It was a couple hundred dollars just for the hoses. I installed them myself.
